Can I start without a paid plan?+
Yes. Starter includes PKR income and expense tracking, standard PDF invoices, shared resources and private support. Your plan limits are shown in the pricing cards above. You can upgrade when you need more capability.
Can I use Hisab-in offline?+
After your first online sign-in and app setup, your ledger and supported workspace records can work offline. Reopen the app online to sync. Downloads, support, AI and Google connections require the internet. Use a personal, protected device.
How are my records protected?+
Financial records are encrypted at rest on the server with AES-256-GCM. The application holds the keys, so this is not end-to-end or zero-access encryption. Hosting administrators with server access can technically decrypt records. Offline copies and exported backups depend on your device security.
Where do I find shared files and send a complaint?+
Open Resource & support hub from your dashboard. You can download files available to your plan, read updates, submit a support request or complaint, and follow staff replies and status changes.
How does the business assistant work?+
Calculated insights and agreement templates are available in the workspace. Optional AI requests use an OpenAI API connection configured by the owner. You approve the context you send. The AI cannot modify your records or send messages.
What happens when my paid plan ends?+
The existing subscription system applies a three-day grace period before moving your account to Starter. Historical records are retained. Feature limits apply to new actions on your current plan.
