1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Hisab-in (https://hisab-in.com), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description & Boundaries

Hisab-in is a self-service financial tracking, invoicing, client management, and business organization tool built for freelancers and personal use.

• Not Legal, Tax, or Accounting Advice: Invoice tax fields, Withholding Tax (WHT) calculations, agreement templates, and Business Academy lessons are general operational tools and educational templates. Hisab-in does not provide legal, tax, or certified accounting advice. You are solely responsible for verifying your tax obligations and reviewing contracts with qualified professionals in your jurisdiction.
• No Automatic Bank Deductions: Hisab-in does not connect directly to your bank account or automatically charge your clients. All recorded payments and PKR equivalents are entered by you.

3. One-Time PKR 500 Access & Payment Verification

• Full workspace access requires a one-time payment of PKR 500 transferred to the official bank or mobile wallet account displayed inside your Hisab-in dashboard, followed by submission of your transaction reference.
• Account activation occurs after manual verification of the actual incoming transfer by the administrator. Submitting false or duplicate references will result in rejection or account suspension.

4. User Responsibilities & Device Security

• Because Hisab-in supports offline functionality via browser storage (IndexedDB), you should only use offline mode on a personal, trusted device and always use Sign out and clear this device when using a shared computer.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) recovery codes secure, and for syncing offline changes to the server before clearing browser data.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hisab-in is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We strongly recommend enabling 1-Click Google Drive Sync and periodically downloading local JSON backups from your Account page. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hisab-in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
